Thank you for another successful High Altitude Classic!
While the weather called for wet conditions, that didn’t deter anyone or the spirit. As our Race Official (David Halliburton) predicted all along, it was indeed a perfect day for a mountain bike race.
Thanks to our 35+ Volunteers, Sponsors, Chubby Tire volunteer promotions crew, live electronic results, and good weather — 2022 was one of the best High Altitude Classic’s yet!

2018 Results
Chubby Tire Rendezvous 2018 was a huge success, thanks to all the mountain bikers who attended and participated in the Scavenger Hunt, Kids Race, and High Altitude Classic XC Race!
For the first time in recent memory, the weather was perfect for both days of mountain bike events in Cloudcroft, NM.
We owe a huge thank you to our (expanding) Chubby Tire Volunteer Crew, USAC Official Dave Halliburton, our awesome sponsors (High Altitude Bike Shop, Sam Kane Law Firm, Perea's Tijuana Bar and Restaurant, Cloudcroft Brewing Co, Purace Digital and several more individual contributors), the racers and mountain bikers who participated (and our supportive families), spectators, Village of Cloudcroft, Lincoln National Forest, and ....the weather.

2017 Results
Congrats to all the cyclists who participated in the 2017 Chubby Tire Rendezvous mountain bike events! We were so excited to share this new two-day format, complete with a Scavenger Hunt, a Bike Social, and the High Alititude Classic XC Race with you.
A little rain storm nearly spoiled the race on Sunday, but patience and perseverance meant there were lots of muddy smiles, for this year's XC race.
We would like to give a sincere THANK YOU to all the volunteers, sponsors, and cyclist who came out to make it happen. Until next year, enjoy these photos and results:
