Refund Policy

There are no refunds. 

Race and events run rain or shine. Bad weather can happen.

We will do everything possible to delay or modify the event so you can still ride and have fun on your bike. However, safety is our #1 priority.

We reserve the right to cancel an event, without refund, if the conditions are too unsafe.

If you are unable to make the race for personal reasons, and you did not purchase the optional rider 3rd party insurance through www.bikereg.com, you may transfer your registration to another rider without a fee or request that we donate 100% of your race entry fee towards the beneficiary organization that year.
